About Us

VALUES & FRIENDSHIPS ON & OFF THE COURT

As the largest club in the Wairarapa, we understand the importance to build and maintain a strong vision and to create values that are shared and reflected by our members. We aim to provide a safe, fun, respectful netball environment for all members to be proud of.

The committee are currently working on a fresh strategic plan for the next decade. We encourage and support participation from members old and new in the development of this plan – so please send us suggestions and ideas you believe are important for us to include in our long term plan.

Primary and Senior – it is vital we have a plan for the successful future of our club.

PRIMARY PATHWAYS

Carterton is proud to have a number of town-based and rual primary schools.

The relationship between the CNC and our primary schools began several years ago, when schools reached out with issues of insufficient numbers to field full primary netball teams, particulary as teams are graded in year groups. Year groups also present various levels of skill sets and abilities.

We are so fortunate to have the trust and relationships with our primary schools to continue hosting all Carterton primary netball players under our umbrella.

This relationship has enabled wider participation for players to be in teams relevant to their age and ability, created new and lasting friendships with children from across the district, and provided a support for schools to cater to the needs and development opportunites of their netballers.

CNC MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

The management committee are elected annually at our AGM in March. We warmly welcome those who are willing to offer their time, committment, enthusiasm and skills set on board.

Here is your current management committee.  Please feel free to contact us should you have any club queries or concerns.
